Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days after confirmation by phone.
Our team will contact you shortly after you place your order to confirm all the details.
Once confirmed, we dispatch your order right away for fast and reliable delivery.

At our store, we guarantee all our customers the right to exchange or return products within 14 Day. This applies to all items available on our website except for women's homewear and underwear, which are not eligible for refunds.

We offer you the option to inspect and try the product before accepting it, in the presence of the delivery representative, and before making any payment. If you're not satisfied with the item, you can simply refuse to receive it.

All products listed on our store are eligible for exchange or return, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the order if the product has a manufacturing defect, with no extra fees.

If there is no defect, but you would like to exchange the product for a different size or color, a 60 EGP shipping fee will be charged.

Refund Policy

If the customer receives the order without checking it first, and then requests a refund within 14 days, a fee of 120 EGP will be deducted from the total amount paid because of the shipping cost or we can suggest alternative items you may like.

All exchange or refund requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
